Northrnlights.com Lamps & Vases made by The Final Turn Studio are guaranteed to please. The Studio remains invested with the details of a purchase or special order project until the customer is satisfied and approves shipment with their payment. All products are rigorously tested and inspected prior to packaging & shipment. To communicate at an optimum level, The Final Turn Studio emails detailed product JPG images to the prospective purchaser. Images also verify "work in progress" for customer approval from conception of the order to shipment. Once the final approval is received, the lamp or vase is packed with great care and insured for the paid value. The Final Turn ships via Ground Carrier. Air travel is not available. Note: Lamps and Vases can be safely transported by air within carry on luggage. Shipments damaged in transit, including all packing material, must be inspected by the carrier to process a claim. The Final Turn Studio will assist the customer in making a damage claim. Carrier damage is very rare. To date, the Studio has never had to process a single damage claim with Ground Service. |
